Please read this mail for Nation's LOVE . Last few day back, Dhoni and Harbhajan was awarded PADMA SHREE AWARD to be awarded by PRESIDENT of INDIA. I was very Happy as I am FAN of these INDIAN Cricketers. Unfortunatly Both of these player didn't gave importance to President of the country, and became busy in ADVERTISEMENT Modelling. It was great shamful event that they didn't feel guilty. Also BCCI (Te God father of these players) had given shadow to them instead of punishment. Now what we can do. We have decided to Bycott all the products for which DHONI and HARBHAJAN are Modelling. Although I know I myself only cannot do much to realize them, But Being a true INDIAN we all youngers can make Realize all those INDIAN HEROS, that INDIAN population who had made them HERO, will not ignore INSULT of the NATION.So it is My Humble Apeal to all of you that If you also feel them Guilty, to let them FEEL their mistake-> Please ignore all the products marketed by DHONI and HARBHAJAN.-> Please farward this mail to of your friends and local daily news papers to emerge out the mission.-> Also send a copy to BCCI, IPLT20, to knock them about the mission.I am Heartly thankful to you allA nation Lover.

An Olympic shooter wins Gold (Only a game) & Government gives him 3 Crores

Another Shooter dies, fighting with terrorists (Saving our country and our live) & government pays his family 5 lakhs.

1. Do not worry about those who have come thru boats... Our forces can easily defeat them. WORRY about those who have come thru votes.... Those are our REAL ENEMIES.... 2. What a shame and disgrace to every citizen of India that the elite NSG Force was transported into ordinary BEST buses, whereas our cricketers are transported into state of the art luxury buses, these Jawans lay down their lives to protect every Indian and these cricketers get paid even if they lose a match, we worship these cricketers and forget the martyrdom of these brave Jawans. The Jawans should be paid the salaries of the cricketers and the cricketers should be paid the salaries of the Jawans. 3. An ace shooter shoots and gets gold medal, govt gives 3cr, another shooter dies while shooting terrorist, govt gives 5 lakh. WHO DESERVES MORE? Huh.. This is our India.... I understand the sentiments of the families of the Jawans but our Hard earned money(that is paid to the Govt in form of taxes etc.), desrves to be contributed to the noble cause of supporting the families of the Heroes who have sacrificed their lives for the Indians.

Terriorist had attacked mumbai, and will again attacke some more paerts of Contry then World, how to stop each one. Just imagin we had seen 60 Hours drama on TV, critised Terrirism etc etc. Nothing else, Neither we had stopped their action, nor we had helped NSG,POLICE etc. we had just critised, Politics, Goverment, Pakistan and much more what had ideas evolved in our mind. But if WE STOP PUBLICATION, MEDIA TELECAST AND ANY OF PHOTOGRAPHY of terririst attach, means no news, no photo, no TRP like things, Iam of great belief that Terrism will automatically vanished. What they want?, They want themselves to emerg thru MEDIA, NEWPAPERS, If there will be no news, no photography, no interviews, They will stop all activities which had no MEDIA attentions. I donot know what HUMAN RIGHT had views over it. But Terrirism will get Vanished

Why Kanpur is still UNDEVELOPED

When I was child, there was a chapter in Hindi Note book about Manchester of U.P. that is Kanpur. It was defined with huge chimnys, kal kal sound of Industries etc etc. No doubt after independence India has grown a lot, even now it can left its image all over the world in Information Tech, Medical Software, Steel etc. But KANPUR itself has lost everything. WHY?. When Kanpur was quite productive during Brish Rule, why now it has fainted everything. Ganga is now converted into "Ganda Nala", No industry, No roads, No Culture or I can say Nothing is here to say good. IIT is there, but it is not due to KANPUR, on the otherhand I can now say that Kanpur is know due to IIT.
Why this city has lost its glourious image in last 60 years. 50 years ago person love to say Wow KANPUR, not he cries What.... KANPUR.
The main reason behind it is LAKE of POLITICAL WILL. Since independence no a good leader could lead KANPUR in NATIONAL portal. The Industrial scenario of Kanpur faded up due Electrical crises, Labour Unions and ofcourse Burocracy. One of my friend who waqs willing to establish his own Industry in Kanpur had to Install it in GUJRAT. I was much upset on his this decesion, But he explained me that UP STATE means "U PAY STRAIGHT", U can't step forward without paying bribe. How can a Industrilest survive in this practice.
Now what had left in Kanpur- Crome Water in HOLY Ganga, Dusty polluted Air on the roads. Encroached market and Domestic posh colonies.
What else we can expect from KANPUR now. a "PARIWARTAN" I expect political willpower a little above the level of basic POLITICAL PARTY (all the MLA/MLC/MP should sit together litttle above the level of basic party toward PARIWARTAN in CITY

KNOW YOUR VOTING RIGHT

Hi... FRIENDS
Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the text of Rule 49-O of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding election officer that he doesn't want to vote anyone!
Yes such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly notorious leaders have never disclosed it to us...
This is called "49-O". But why should you go and say "I VOTE NOBODY"… because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that Particular ward has received "49-O" votes more than 123, then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re-polled. Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest the re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on them. This would bring fear into parties and hence look for genuine candidates for their parties for election. This would change the way; of our whole political system… it is seemingly surprising why the election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public….

Please spread this news to as many as you know…Seems to be a wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India …Show your power, expressing your desire not to Vote for anybody, is even more powerful than voting… so that corrupt may not decide the future of the Country………….now don't miss your chance

Did Tempo Drivers are realy Gunda's

Last monday a girl who travelled from Kakadeo Coaching to IIT Kanpur residencial colony by Vikram Three wheelar. Three wheelar Driver and cunductor had attempted to rape as blammed Media and the girl too.Although investigation truth is awaited, media may be right, but there are 10% chances for being other side of coin. I mean to say I know the road linking to GT road to CNG filling station Makri-khera. That road is absolutly empty at day time also, how horror could it be at night. The Victim girl when saw only herself in Vikram at Rama Dental Turn, a horror picture get emerged in her mind. So immediatly she rang to her father. Her Father had discussed with Driver. Driver convenced to her father for his odd way of travelling. But as Tempo moved far toward Makrikheram she got afraid (ofcourse anybody could be at that place), she had lost her faith over them, and jumped from Tempo. Till now all the situation was created imaginary in horror and tension. Where is Tempo the driver Guilty. He might have drink alcohal, He might have played some hindi filmi songs. This case needs a deep enquiry before blamed driver and conductor. I had a question to girl, Why can't she leaved the tempo when he turned out of route. What happened if she got caught by some bad persons when she left Tempo. Also to police, Polish should instruct Public Vehical drivers that they should inform the passangers about the diverted route and let them drop the vehicle if they want.

BOOM of ENGINEERING COLLEGES

To day on 29th Sep, there is news in Hindustan Times from UPTU, that they will conduct third councelling for the addmission in vacant/Balance engineering seats in Uttar Pradesh. Wat a surprise. There was a time when to get an addmission in Engineering college was an achivement. But now a boom of engineering colleges without their level of education, Teacher/Student Ratio, facilities provided by Engineering college. Only few very of newly openned Engineering colleges fullfill the norms as per standerdrisation of National Level. Now results are comming, as students felt it is better to opt of commerce/Art(BA/B Com etc) than Enginnering. Their main aim is to attaract students with huge fees. For that Institutions are organising fake "Placement Melas" at MELA (Fare), Many (said)representative of callcentres, Placement agencies took show-off interview and offer handsome sallary package. with some hidden terms and conditions, actual scene coms out when he go for joining. One of Student from Ajay Garg Ghaziabad, got such letter from Satyam. He went Hydrabad, but then they ask for Rs 2 Lakh deposit. Now student get shocked, that wat they are asking, And they will pay my salary from my Deposit, And after one year, TATA... ...
So dear AICTE people wake up ,.........

Shortage of Civil Engineeres in INDIA

At present India is facing shortage of Civil Engineeres. And Goverment should also think to raise the intake of Civil Engineers. Now a question arise in my mind that if Govenment raise the seats Intake capacity will resolve the problem?. I think it is not a solution for resolving the shortcomings of engineers.
Why Shortage?. It is true that the demand of Civil branch has been increased in due course in comparision to decade during 1991-2000. At the time of early ninetyies civil branch was considered to be dull in JOB point of view. Only good employer was PWD and some other government sector. But there was stagnation in Govt sector.
Present Boom in the branch is due to arrival of Private sector builders, and NHAI etc. Still number of seats are same as usual, But the main factor is......
Education of CIVIL Engineering needs very good infrastructure and well equiped laboratory, which could be afforeded by only good Government Institutes only. And Government Institutes gives the addmission only to Creamy layer of students. And these good students gets good glamorious job in IT sector irrespective to there branch.
as per AICTE 97% of total applications for new Engineering colleges are for only five branch of engineering i.e. Computer Science, Electronics. IT, Electronics and Communication, Electrical. Because these requires least infrastructure to run a good business.
It is very amazing to listen that more that 70% of civil Engineers from reputeted Engineering College engaged in Non civil engineering job. This is the actual shortage. If Givernment increase the seats in these collages, Increased volume will again moved to IT sector due huge payments.
SOLUTION- AICTE should make a condition for new Institute to Introduce CIVIL Engineering.
Govenrment should instruct to Engineering college to allow the campus for only those Companies who provide job only as per qualification. This will utilise the efforts made by the Institute for preparing a CIVIL Engineer.

DID GOVERNMENT DEPRATMENT ARE REALLY HONEST?

Being an Govenment employee, I have to fill Income tax return every year. So I do filled it up for the year 2005-2006 also.This time I have submitted Rs 4700/- TAX extra, so claimed for return.
Unfortunatly I didnot received my return within desired time. I knocked the departmental officials for return. But nobody was ready to listen me. Meanwhile in 'wait and see policy' it lapseed out to more year. Now I with my collegue ho was also same type of victim had decided to know the facts behind.
It was surprising that department had issued a cheque of Amount Rs 3600/-, but never reched to me. The Income Tax Official (Who was looking my department related files, had guided me that this is a case of 50% expenditure but you may pay me only 20% for releasing my excess tax paid to department. It is not my particular case, but it is generalised case of all the victims in IT Department. How fearless are they for asking open bribe, Although I was rigid for not to pay even a single panny, but ........, I had to commit this crime of paying bribe of Rs 800/-. Due to my complete one month excercise with this Department I can surely say that maximum of this department person are very frank for Bribe like things.

I FOUND A LOST MOBILE

On 15th Morning 1.00 am, I was just about leave my train POORWA Exp, I saw a NOKIA 3220 Mobile on the floor of My General Coach. I picked it up, and ask siliently two persons sleeping onre the floor. A loud asking might attract some mischief type person or GRPF proson who will take Mobile from. I kept Mobile switched on to receive any call. At 9.00 AM I received a call from Mother of Mobile holder, and I told her about lost of Mobil, and assuring him abt safe, but call gets disconnected. I again waited for next 6 hours, But no call. They(Mobile owner) might have stopped calling from service provider. I Couldnot call them.Then I made a call to one of number stored in that Mobile, to get recharge that mobile and talk. Now I come o know that mobile was from DaltonGanj in Jharkhand of some Mitthu. Unfortunatly I could talk only few sentances as that Mobiule was on ROAMING to them. Now the option is I could send the mobile to them by courier. But no good courier is there at Shahganj. And ordinary courier will either digest mobile or will be unable to take care during transportation. So now I had decided to send his SIM at given address, and let the set to keep by me at safe, whenever he will come, I can give him.

Railway Journey from Kanpur to Delhi

On a very urgent work I will have to go New Delhi on 13th September. I am sharing my experience with Railway. Becoz of Immediate departure I was suspect of Getting reservation on the same date. New Delhi Station was on renovation so maximum of Kanpur trains were cancelled. But as I moved to Station I found many of persons on cancellation window for cancelling New Delhi Ticket, The reson was serial BOMB Blast at three places in Delhi. So I went to Cancelltion/Reservation window. Booking Clerk was making lot of tickets from Insiders (persons who came from inner door might be friends,Coolies etc), on very loud he tends toward me and took my form unwillingly. After preparing ticket he ask Rs 270 from me for the ticket of Rs 210.00, I shouted to him for excess money. I says you are getting confirmed ticket is it not enough?. Any way I straightway refused him for payment of any bribe.
On returning at 4.00PM I was at HazratNizzamuddin Rly Stn. I got one ordinary ticket and rush to Plateform no 1, where Poorwa Exp was ready to Go, I requested to TT for providing me seat/berth upto Kanpur. He told me to pay Rs Rs 150/-, I started to pay, He told me that Go and sit in That coach, on asking payment slip, he denied that "I WILL NOT GIVE YOU RECEIPT" I immediatly took back my money, and went to general coach.Two person were standing in front of coach, refusing to enter in the coach as "it is reserved for Military", On my persuation one of them demanded Rs 40/- per seat. Anyway I didnot pay any extra money to reach Kanpur.

KANPUR EMERGING AS COACHING HUB

Kanpur IS NOW EMERGING as coaching hum for eastern Uttar Pradesh. There was time when Kanpur was recalled as Manchester of Uttarpredesh. But due to fail industrial policy, Government cooperation, Frequent Changes in unstable government, many of Industriest have better opted to shift other states. JK (Juggi mal Kamlapat) was among the king of Kanpur, But now only building have left, Mainly this group have shifted to Rajasthan. Govt PSU British India Lalimli like giant brands, teffco like companies are now closed. When India is emerging with a good economic growth this Kanpur is digging into the hole. Now only PAN Masala is the main product of this city. Otherwise coaching is good industry. But the results seen in last few years are again very poor. Coaching is also not as per the requirement. Passing percentage is lowest for IIT 2008 among DELHI. MUMBAI, BANGLORE, CHENNAI regions. It is clear that this coaching industry is evolving just due to no any other option in this area. Otherwise in knowledge point of views it gives only upper layer of Knowledge. If the students has its own caliber to boost up then ok, Otherwise it is worthless to jump in this coaching HUB.

ASPIRENTS OF eNGINEERING
